Announcing This Year’s CPNA Beauty Mentors

Cosmoprof NA’s mentorship program provides beauty brands with all the support they need to succeed—register by August 23rd.

The team at Cosmoprof North America is dedicated to helping beauty entrepreneurs succeed. Its annual Mentorship Program offers beauty brand exhibitors 20-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions with founders, CEOs, and beauty industry executives.

Mentors will provide guidance related to various aspects of running a successful beauty business, including retail & distribution, branding, funding, exporting, digital marketing, SEO, social media, trends, and the multicultural market.

This year’s mentors, and their area of expertise, are Jessica Vaccaro, director of marketing & product development, Maesa (Branding); Caroline Coviello, vice president, Creative Media Marketing (Public Relations); Emily Rose Campbell, account director, labelium with Emilie Chan, sr. account manager, labelium (Digital Marketing); Jenna Jackson, principal, growth, CAVU Venture Partners (Financing); Corey Huggins, founder, Ready to Beauty (Entering the multicultural market); Marcia Gaynor, beauty retail executive and strategist (Entering the US mass market); Maggie Ciafardini, CEO, Maggie Ciafardini, Inc. (Entering the US prestige market); Matthew Capala, founder and president, Alphametic (SEO); Karen Young, CEO, The Young Group (Product development); and Jackie Lee, head of beauty & personal care, the Americas, Tmall Global and Kaola (Entering the Chinese market).
